No, we are only licensed to serve alcohol. However, we do offer a pick-up service, which can include alcohol pick-up for an additional fee.

Yes, sometimes our trailer isn't the right fit for your needs. We have a portable bar set up or we can use your venue's bar.

We need to know your best estimate at the time of booking.  We can always increase your guests count but it can never go lower than your original count at the time of booking.

No, we do the set up and breakdown outside of your 4 hours of service.  You will get a full 4 hours of actual service.

Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather.  In this event, we will be happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent.

We are centrally located in Chattanooga, TN therefore travel to Nashville, Knoxville, Atlanta and other surrounding cities are not an issue. The first 20 miles are included in our packages.  Each additional mile is $1.50/mile. 

We typically arrive 1.5 hours before the event starts.

We would like to get your alcohol from you by at least a couple of days before your event, this is just to ensure that we have absolutely everything we need as well as making sure everything is properly chilled down. Most clients drop it off at 1759 Sterling Oaks Ln Chattanooga, TN 37421 at a pre-arranged time or we can meet you somewhere for the transfer if we need to.
